starts with the understanding of the business needs of the
client. A careful study of the company, what they

operate and the general culture or atmosphere of the workplace
is done. Once the recruiter understands the business needs
of our client, the accurate job specification is asked
for. This
job description or job “specs” is very essential
in the recruitment process. Unless the basic duties of a
position are accurately defined right at the beginning of
a recruitment
exercise, you have little chance of being able to identify
your ideal candidate. This job description contains the Job
Requirement,
Reason for Hire, Experience Profile, Qualifications etc.
After the job description is revised, the job posting outlining
qualifications and essential skills is done on the job
sites. Once the ads are posted, and the response of the
candidates
starts flowing in, then starts the crucial screening process.
The screening
process is designed to eliminate the unreliable candidates
up-front, by asking searching questions that easily identifies
the motivation

convinced that a candidate is genuinely interested in
joining the company
for the right reasons, we don’t send the cv to the client.
Once
short listed, interviews are scheduled. We even conduct psychometric
and technical tests for clients on request.
Also conduct reference checks. Once the right candidate
is offered
by the client, our recruiters are actively involved in
the salary negotiation process. Then a thorough follow
up is
done with the
client and the candidate. Any kind of feedback from the
client or the candidate is taken into account. Once the
deal is
closed and the candidate joins the company, we still
keep in touch with
the clients and the candidates and maintain a forever
ongoing relationship.
