What exactly is an RPO – it’s a legitimate question, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing is what it sounds: the outsourcing of part or all your business’ recruitment processes. RPO hands off the primary recruiting strategy (and all the tasks that fall in between) to a third-party provider.
How an RPO provider builds their recruitment team largely comes down to customer preference. They can either utilize your current staff resources or provide you with a trained team of their own. If your recruiters are already spread a little thin, the latter option might be the better choice.
